No Show/Cancellation/Late Policies
24 Hour Cancellation/No Show Policy
We understand that sometimes it is necessary to reschedule or cancel appointments. Therefore, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time and we will gladly reschedule your personal reservation.
If you reschedule or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time, you will be charged a $25 or $50 deposit in order to hold your next appointment time. If that appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours, the deposit will be forfeited.
Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Because we reserve that appointment time for you only, our business & stylists lose the opportunity to earn a wage when you can’t make it. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget.

Late Fee Policy
Please arrive 5 minutes early to your scheduled appointment. In the event that you are more than 15 minutes late & we are still able to see you, a $30 fee may be added to your service. We always do our best to accommodate you, but sometimes your tardiness means we miss out on our breaks, have to skip lunch and often have to work twice as hard to catch up. We appreciate your prompt arrival!
